 Volunteer We are in the process of signing up volunteers. If you are interested please send in the volunteer form. Volunteer Positions: Male Drivers ( 25 for Saturday) Female Driver (25 for Sunday) Lunch Preparation (2) BBQ Lunch Cooking (2) Discovery Center Helper with the Children (Gold panning, etc) (2) Motorcycle Demonstration (2) Parking Assistant (2) General Area Setup (pop–ups, etc) (4) Mid–Gunner (1) We need donations of small gifts for the children. Please contact us is you have some ideas or a potential donor in mind. Remember that we need at least 120 of each item. This year we are planning a Saturday evening BBQ and raffle for the volunteers. It will be a full course dinner with BBQ ribs, chicken, and steak. The cost will be under $10. We are posting the forms on this web site for volunteers to sign up.
